"As a millennial, I'm used to people being responsive to emails but Jennifer was the most responsive person I've ever met. That's very important to me because it's helpful to have someone who can help you navigate this new exciting world when buying a house for the first time and really hold your hand while crossing the street. I ultimately bought a town house and because there was previous discussion at HOA meetings about replacing the roofs, I was able to get a credit for that future expense. I've spoken to other homeowners who bought their houses around the same time I did and they didn't get a roof credit. These are the intangible qualities that Jennifer brings to the table."
