INTIAL CONSULT

We’ll schedule a listing appointment where we’ll get acquainted, make recommendations, and provide a custom marketing plan tailored to your property.

Listing Agreement

We’ll provide you with paperwork to start the selling process. Together, we’ll go through the documentation and items needed to start marketing your property.

on the market

Your property will be entered for all real estate professionals to see. We’ll begin to carry out our detailed marketing plan: website affiliations, postcards, open houses, and other advertising.

Communication

We’ll maintain a constant line of communication with advice, feedback, and activity reports. If you are also buying (throughout NY state or nationwide), we’ll coordinate both processes to ensure you reach your real estate goals.

Negotiating A Sale

We’ll walk you through negotiating the price and sale terms of your property. We’ll be with you every step of the way from the initial contract to your closing/settlement date.

Closing Day

Any adjustments to the transaction are made. You’ll receive payment, and then provide the new property owners the title and keys.
